These lists come from the new HSK exam syllabus, published by CLEC in November 2025 and in effect from July 2026. Each level lists only the words it adds, so HSK 4’s 1,000 words come on top of the 1,000 from HSK 1 to 3. Of all 11,000, 4,899 were already in the HSK 2.0 lists.
